The Forabilis Design Partner Program

AI made marketing capability cheap to buy. It did nothing to tell you what to point it at.

That is the gap we keep meeting. A founder running marketing alone with a drawer full of AI tools and no engine underneath them. A CMO with a real team and a stack that sprawled into something nobody can fully account for. Different stages, same missing piece: plenty of capability, and no engine giving it a direction to serve.

Buying tools is not the same as having a marketing engine. A Design Partner gets the engine. We design it around your go-to-market, build it with you, and hand it over running inside your team. We open only a few seats at a time, because building it well is not something you can do for everyone at once.

It works the same from either starting point. If there is no engine yet, we stand one up. If the engine is there but tired and sprawled, we refit what runs. The starting line differs. The build does not.

What we do

Four practices. Most engagements move through them in order, though you can enter at any one.

  • Strategy. Positioning, messaging, and an ICP defined tightly enough to act on, plus the product story for a raise, a launch, or a category move. This is where the go-to-market is set or sharpened, and it decides what gets built.
  • Architecture. The marketing-led blueprint that turns strategy into something the stack can run: the plan, the channels that compound, and the honest calls on where AI runs, where a person stays in the loop, and where nothing should run at all.
  • Building. Where the blueprint becomes a running engine, deployed against your ICP and your tools. Pre-built where speed matters, custom where your go-to-market is specific. Weeks, not quarters.
  • Leadership. When you want us to stay, a fractional CMO, PMM, or marketing-ops lead runs the engine inside your team and owns the number, rather than a framework handed over at the door.

Those four are what we do, and where we are good. The engines below are what they produce. Read them as the worked examples.

The engines we build

Eleven of them. Not things we invented for a launch, but the methodologies we have run for clients for years, rebuilt to run with AI. We build the ones your go-to-market needs, in the order it needs them, then hand them over running. They sort into three jobs.

The foundation everything runs on

Skip this and nothing downstream holds. AI does not read your strategy deck, it reads fields.

  • Operational ICP infrastructure. Your ICP turned into something the stack can run on: firmographics, triggers, scoring, and disqualification rules, re-run on every new list. The piece most teams skip, and the one that makes real signal, personalization, and outbound possible at all. Built for Package.ai and Symmetrium.
  • Centralized messaging context. One source of truth for the narrative that every team, asset, and AI tool pulls from, so the story stops drifting across decks and reps. We build it for every client, no exceptions. Built for Symmetrium and Fireblocks, and running inside Forabilis.
  • Target-market signal infrastructure. Productized social listening that keeps working after we leave: a live read on the voices, competitor moves, and language that move your market, and where positioning gets validated and updated. Running inside Forabilis and Symmetrium.

The AI-native advantage

The newer plays, the ones that win while the old funnel keeps leaking.

  • Live competitive analysis and market discovery. Competitive analysis run as a live process, not a report commissioned once a year, wired to feed positioning and outbound.
  • Prospect and client discovery engine. Turns a raw or empty target list into a prioritized, classified, message-matched one, on demand. Built for Symmetrium and Package.ai.
  • Signal-based outbound engine. Cold is dead. Outreach that earns the reply because a live signal makes it warm, running on the operational ICP and the discovery engine. Built for Symmetrium and Package.ai.
  • Content and discovery for AI search. Gets you found where buyers now research, inside AI answers and zero-click results, plus a clear read of how you show up across the models today.

More done, in less time

The same work, or more of it, without the headcount or the wait.

  • Content engines. Channel-by-channel production at volume that holds your voice, because it pulls straight from the centralized messaging context.
  • Social machines. A steady, multi-voice social presence across founder and company accounts that runs on a calendar, not on someone remembering to post. Running inside Forabilis.
  • Sales enablement automation. Decks, one-pagers, follow-ups, and call-prep briefs on demand, generated from your own source of truth, so sales stops waiting on product marketing. Built for Fireblocks and Symmetrium.
  • Demand and paid architecture. Paid handled as roles in the go-to-market, with a launch-readiness verdict before a dollar goes out. Built for Lasso and Package.ai, and running inside Forabilis.
  • Inline image. Inline (company page, Forabilis brand). Paste into a GPT image model: “Editorial photo of a small working session: two people at a table with a laptop and printed positioning canvas, mid-conversation, natural window light, candid and warm, not stock-corporate. Muted palette. Forabilis wordmark on a mint-green bar bottom-right. 16:9.”

Why only a few

Designing an engine around one company’s go-to-market takes real attention, and you cannot give that to everyone at once. So we do it for a handful, with partners who will push on the work, tell us where it bends, and help shape what this becomes. We build it deep, and we build it to last. That is the offer.

A Design Partner does not get a tool switched on. They get a marketing engine built around their go-to-market, and a real say in what it becomes.

Who this is for

If you are a founder or first marketer standing the engine up from nothing, or a CMO refitting one that has sprawled, and you care more about how your marketing runs than about which tool to buy next, you are who we want in the room. The seat comes with an engine that reflects your point of view and keeps running after we step back.
